Welcome to my page. 

I welcome everyone to my page that loves bears as much as I do.

Maybe not all of you love bears like I do but I have a passion to help bears that so desperately need a voice out there. So many people out there do not know what is happening to bears around the world. I am here to make everyone I come in contact with aware of the pain and misery that many bears are suffering.

 I would love it if you could join in my quest for helping bears.

Please note that I am not out in the field with the bears. I have not studied bears at school.

Everything I know about bears has come from the Internet and from several books I have read or about to read.  I just bought a half dozen books about bears I found on sale at a bargain book store. 

We all have some knowledge of bears and have seen the wonderful images of bears in the wild. Some awe at the massive size some bears get to others fear the thought of a bear while in the woods or camping. Most of us have thought bears are cute and cuddly.

Very few of you have seen the dark side of what man has done to bears.

I hope that you learn something from my page and will pass the word on about the plight of bears.

I will also share photos of bears for you to enjoy.

I will let you know who is helping bears and how you can help.

I hope to become friends with you and accept and words of wisdom that you may have.
